The Components Influencing the Effectiveness of Teamwork from the Islamic Perspective

Due to the development of new technologies and the emergence of giant organizations, today's complex environment has increased the necessity of promoting teamwork. The reason for the importance of teamwork in current organizations is that individual activities and lack of teamwork do not lead to the accomplishment of the goals of organizations. The goals of organizations can be reached through effective working teams that can make the highest profit and offer the best service to the organization and society by employing qualified personnel and using other resources properly. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer and explain the fundamental question of the components affecting the effectiveness of teamwork from the Islamic perspective. To this end, using the descriptiveanalytical method, the authors of the present paper have studied religious texts and described supreme goals, commitment, accountability, trust, cooperation and facilitation of social communications as the most important components influencing the effectiveness of teamwork from the perspective of Islam.
