The effect of cultural diversity on economic complexity and export complexity

Cultural diversity has a long life in the emergence of human consciousness. Culture did not exist before man, and it is a phenomenon that humanity has added to nature and is the product of human creativity and the product of human interaction with nature and technology. Awareness of the existence of culture is a phenomenon shaped by the emergence of the need for an objective human perspective on culture. Before that, culture was an internal phenomenon that one could not isolate and see from a distance. The purpose of this study is to investigate cultural diversity on economic complexity and export complexity. The present research is based on the goals of the applied type and on the basis of archival data collection, and in terms of research design, is a descriptive method that is in the field of analytical research. The results showed that cultural diversity can affect the degree of export complexity. Cultural diversity helps to increase the number of entrepreneurs involved in the cost discovery process, enhancing the prospects for innovation, thereby enhancing technology for the economy and increasing export complexity. In addition, cultural diversity can also boost export growth through improved economic ability to move closer to its technology frontier.
