The purpose of this study is identification and prioritization of international market entry ways. Target population of this study consists of academic experts in the field of international trade and managers of organic fertilizer companies which work in foreign markets. This research, in terms of strategy, is a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) research. In the qualitative section, using qualitative content analysis and open, axial & selective coding, the ways of entering to the international markets are identified. Also in quantitative section in order to prioritization of identified ways, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used. Based on data analysis a model of entry ways to international market is identified. Accordingly, two strategy of participation in investments (including direct investments and indirect investments) and non-participation in investments (including partnership agreements and export) are identified as the ways of entering to international markets. Also according to the results in the quantitative section, direct exports, indirect exports, cooperation agreements, indirect investments, joint ventures, full ownership and concessions are the most important ways to enter the international markets
