Endothelial dysfunction is an early risk factors of cardiovascular disease, and loss of normal homeostatic function in the blood vessels. This aim of this study was to compare the effect of two types school-based and high intensity interval training on circulating miR125a-5p, C-reactive protein and lipid profile of children with overweight and obesity. Forty Five overweight and obese adolescents (14±1year) with average body mass index (26.43±2.17kg/m2) were voluntarily divided into three equally school-based; High intensity interval training and control groups. Subjects participated in a 12 weeks and three sessions per week exercise interventions. Changes in miR125a-5p, C-reactive protein and lipid profile of subjects measured before and after exercise interventions.
