Investigating the relationship between service-oriented and transformational leadership with the organizational culture of the staff at General Directorate of Taxation in Ardabil
the purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between service-oriented and transformational leadership with the organizational culture of employees at General Directorate of Taxation. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection is a survey research and in terms of data analysis is a correlational. The statistical population of the present study is the staff of the General Directorate of Taxation. The statistical sample size was 178 using Cochran's formula. Pearson correlation coefficient tests were used to analyze the research hypotheses. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between service-oriented leadership and organizational culture of employees and also there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture of employees.
