Addressing work and family are two important aspects of each person's life, and the physical and mental health of human beings depends on the coordination and compatibility of the two. The purpose of this study is to investigate the balance of work and life from the perspective of women police officers of the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command (FATB).
This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of female police officers working in the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command, and 233 of them were selected based on Cochran's formula by random sampling method. The main data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on theoretical foundations and research background, the validity of which was calculated and confirmed using the opinions of community experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha.
