Evaluating the Effectiveness of 15 Degree Courses in Police Women Training Complex in Behavioral Level
As expectations for education increase, expectations and expectations increase as well. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the 15 degree courses in behavioral training of police women. The purpose of this study is applied and in terms of descriptive-survey method. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and the statistical population consisted of two sections of commanders and rank-holders of its 15th complex. And the sample size in both sections is 120 people in total. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaire. It is calculated. Research findings show that from the viewpoints of commanders, the "doctrine" is the first, the "general commandments" is the second, and the "law enforcement" is the third. Second, "Practitioners" lesson, "Student apprenticeship", and "Professional information protection training", third. In the public lessons from the learners perspective, the lesson "Principles of Opinion" is in the first place, the "Rules of Procedure" in the second place and in the "General Rules" lesson in the third place. Charged Charger is in the first place, "Weapons training" is in the second place and "Checkpoint, car and places training" is in the third place.
