Using this method of experimental design, an attempt was made to optimize the culture medium used in the research. The amount of serum added in the culture medium in this method (10%) has the most positive effect on the growth rate, doubling time and specific growth rate. Also, increasing the amount of amino acids (12 gr/li) has no effect on the growth rate, doubling time and specific growth rate.
