Investigating the effect of supply chain functions with respect to the mediating role of production performance and sustainability performance

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of supply chain functions with respect to the mediating role of production performance and sustainability performance. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is in the category of descriptive research.Managers and experts of Shazand Petrochemical Supply Chain companies, which have a total of 300 members. In this study, due to the limited statistical population, sampling was not used. Questionnaires were distributed among members and finally 225 questionnaires were completed. In this research, structural equations have been used to investigate the relationships between the components of the model. According to the data analysis, the results have shown that planning performance and performance and delivery performance have a positive effect on production performance, sustainability performance and supply chain performance. Also, sourcing performance has a positive effect on production performance. Both production performance and sustainability have a positive effect on supply chain performance. But sourcing performance does not have a positive effect on sustainability performance and supply chain performance.
