Designing the Student Teachers Physical Education' Competency Pattern for Educational Teachers of Farhangian University Based on Gounded Theory

The purpose of this study was to designing the student teachers physical education' competency pattern for educational teachers of farhangian university based on gounded theory. The purpose of this study was qualitative methodology based on fundamental data theory. The statistical population of this study consisted of published documents on the subject of student competence of physical education teachers (Expert in charge of Physical Education of the General Education Department, High School Principals, Educational Presidents of the National University of Education, and Physical Education Teachers of the University of Tehran). The sample size was 24 theoretical saturation. Purposeful sampling, which is a non-probability sampling method, was used to select a sample from such a community. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The results of the present study reveal the extraction of 186 initial codes or concepts from the interviews as well as 35 main concepts in the paradigmatic model including axial categories and causal conditions (coordination, culture, professional development, experience acquisition, career development). Education), contextual factors (familiarity with information technology, provision of facilities, provision of facilities, environment, authority support, personality traits of coaches), intervening conditions (political, economic, socio-cultural factors, goal) Planning, Infrastructure, Psychology and Organizational Structure), Strategies (Concentration, Resource Allocation, Skills, Culture, Empowerment, Employment Making efficient and effective selection systems, organizing sporting events, modifying intra-organizational processes, planning, applied training) and outcomes (reducing abnormalities, enhancing physical and mental health, improving attitudes to sports, discovering talent, motivating, Sports Development, Professional Development).
