Termination of the installment agreement in the Convention on the International Sale of Goods and Iran Law

In the majority of macro transactions concluded at the international and national level, submission of the subject of the contract is taken as installment. This study has investigated the concept of an installment contract, the difference and similarity of installment contract with the partial submission of the contract, the conditions of termination of the contract in different assumptions, the relationship of termination of installment contract and whole contract termination, and also the relationship between installment contract termination and allocation of additional time to the engagement party to take the promise based on The Convention on the International Sale of Goods approved in 1980 called Vienna Convention, and Iran’s law.
