The study takes a descriptive-analytical method to investigate the differentiation aspects of the patent department from other properties. Besides, the study has analyzed the indicators of physical and natural patents and discriminate against the impacts. At last, the study concludes that the states determine the type of patent based on their policies. Today, making an effort to make trust in the results of the investigations of other countries can help the promotion of patent. Moreover, the nature of patent creates the right; although this is may not be true on registration of other properties.
