Investigating the causes of increasing domestic violence against women in the days of domestic quarantine Prevalence of corona pandemic and using strategies to achieve women’s citizenship rights in the post-corona days (Case study: Women in Ilam)

The aim of this study was to investigate and identify the causes and factors affecting the increasing tendency of violence against women in the home as one of the high-risk behaviors in families and consequently one of the social harms affecting the living environment of families and society during home quarantine during the outbreak. Corona was taken in 2020 in Ilam city. The present research is an applied and survey research that was done by descriptiveexplanatory method using statistical methods of factor analysis and logistic regression. researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. In the end, it was found that factors such as: boredom and excuses of men and their stay at home and lack of habit to this issue, lack of travel, fun and entertainment diverse and attractive during the corona holidays And the controversy in these cases, men’s drug addiction and lack of access and non-supply of drugs during home quarantine, watching satellite TV series and programs and movies and virtual violent games, job loss And the increase in unemployment of seasonal and self-employed men, concerns, poor financial and economic conditions and interventions of the paternal family of the parties in this case, renting the place of residence and concern and discussion in this field, lack of mercy and visitation and Do not participate in celebrations and celebrations With relatives and friends, the challenge of filling men’s leisure time optimally, 314 فصلنامه حقوق ملل شماره 28 - زمستان 96 the requirement to strictly adhere to health protocols at home, and ultimately the failure to perform proper and timely household chores during quarantine and arguing with men They were also effective in increasing the tendency to domestic violence against women waas seen. But the variables of men’s age, lack of men’s personal vehicle and type of relationships with other neighbors in the neighborhood and imitation of their violent behaviors and the type and issue of buying a home in the family have a significant relationship with the level of domestic violence during home quarantine. They did not have coronations against women. It was also found that, on the one hand, most women were not sufficiently aware of their legal, judicial and citizenship laws and prosecutions for victims of domestic violence, and on the other hand, men were not aware of legal penalties. And the domestic violence judiciary against women did not have complete information. Finally, strategies such as respecting women’s citizenship rights at home to reduce the harm of domestic violence against women in the post-coronary period in the field tthe right to education and awareness, the right to life, the right to freedom of expression, the right to reside, the right to health, the right to security and the right to a fair trial in domestic violence are provided.
