Indication of verses Tabligh and Ekmale din to the political legitimacy of the Ahl al-Beyt (PBUH)
After the death of the Prophet (p,b,u,h) the topic of leadership (Imamat) and His successors became one of the most important and controversial issues among Islamic sects. The answer to this question: the legitimacy of the successor, by whom and where, have approved, become more challenging. Shia believes that the Prophet (p, b, u, h) from the start of the call to Islam, raised the issue of his khalipha and successor, but the climax and reveal of this divine order has been in Ghadir. According to Shiite belief, the legitimacy of sovereignty of Prophet (p, b, u, h) is derived from God's lordship legislation. But Sunnis believe that the Prophet of Islam has not designated a successor for himself and delegated it to people. The main question of this research is: how can we argue regard divining legitimacy of political propaganda Ahl al-Bayt (AS) according to verse Ikmal and the verse Tabligh? This research using descriptive analysis method and use of library documents, first of all scrutiny some keywords like legitimacy and Ahl al-Beyt (AS). Then the verses Tabligh and Ekmale din have deliberated. Finally, based on the meaning of these verses, has argued the successor to the Prophet (p, b, u, h) is Divine matter. His ahl al-bet (AS) has Divine legitimacy and the role of the Islamic Ummah allegiance to the Imam and Khalipha of the Muslims is limited in the establishment of this sovereignty and the objective realization of it in society.
