The effectiveness of implementing a social marketing strategy to attract customers(Case Study : SUNICH company)
Over the past three decades, the concept of marketing has changed dramatically, from focusing on the product to producing a better product based on a dynamic and competitive environment, using new marketing topics in corporate management. Customer orientation. In this study, we try to explain the concept of social marketing, how to implement it and examine its impact in SunH company. . The research method is qualitative and the data collection method is documentary and field. To determine the sample size, Cochran's formula was used for an unlimited community. According to this formula, 460 questionnaires were distributed with 25% more than the real sample. Finally, 382 questionnaires were analyzed. The results show that social marketing has a significant impact on customer attraction along with building customer trust in the company.
