Abstract:
Introduction

The purpose of this study was to investigate the The Effect of Eight Weeks Yoga Training on the Mental Fatigue Control and Balance, Lower Extremity Function and Landing Mechanic in physical education Students

Materials and Methods

In this experimental study, 36 physical education Students into experimental (15) and control (15) groups. The experimental group received 3 sessions of 1 hour sessions per week for eight weeks. Before and after yoga, mental exhaustion with 45 minutes of stroke activity (Stroop test), Dynamic Balance with Y test, Semi-dynamic balance with Lafayette Stability Platform, lower extremity function by LEFT Test and landing mechanic by Balance Error Scoring System, Jump-Landing skill film assessment by Auto CAD and Kinovea software were evaluated. Data were analyzed by SPSS software and paired sample t-test

Results

that the main and intraction effect that lower extremity function (P=0.0001), dynamic balance (P=0.0001), semi-dynamic balance (P=0.0001), and intraction effect of and landing mechanics (P=0.0001) which have been reported as the predictors of lower extremity injuries risk after yoga practice Have been significant.

Conclusion

Significant lower extremity function, landing mechanics and changes in balance, factors of amateurs after yoga practice have been shown to be important, Injury prevention professionals should study and practice yoga as an important strategies for mental fatigue prevention. And research.
