Ardakan has been the cradle of great scholars, scholars and people for a long time. One of these scholars is Mir Saleh Ardakani, who lived in the 11th century AH at the same time as the Safavid government in Iran.The purpose of this study is to investigate the situation of scholars and clerics of the Safavid dynasty at the same time as the life of Mir Saleh Ardakani, because he was also a scholar and cleric and lived during the Safavid government. In this research, library documentation method has been used.Investigating the position of clerics in the socio-political structure of the Safavid state, the Safavid state and the participation of ulema and jurists in it, the opposition of a group of ulema ulema to Safavid rulers and the coexistence of two opponents with the life of Mir Saleh Ardakani, Sadat's position and credibility in the Safavid state, Prohibition of drinking again during the life of Mir Saleh Ardakani, the situation of Friday prayers in Yazd during the life of Mir Saleh Ardakani, the situation of Ardakani in the 11th century and at the same time with the Safavid government, an overview of Iran-India relations in the Safavid government during the life of Mir Saleh Ardakani Also, the introduction of some scholars, jurists, historians and writers contemporary with Mir Saleh Ardakani is one of the most important achievements of this research.
