Analysis of the relationship between education and promotion of entrepreneurship and the sense of social security of citizens(Case Study: Experts and Teachers of Education in sarbaz (Kalat) District county Sarbaz)

The purpose of this study is to Analysis of the relationship between education and promotion of entrepreneurship and the sense of social security of citizens(Case Study: Experts and Teachers of Education in sarbaz (Kalat) District county Sarbaz). The present study is conducted in 1396 in a survey method. The population of the population is 420 teachers and education experts in the Sarbaz department (Kalat) in Sarbaz County. The sample size is 200 with Morgan table. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 6 main dimensions. The 5-point Likert scale was used to measure the variables and after confirming the content validity by the experts and teachers of the schools, the validity of the questions and components was confirmed. Also, for reliability measurement, Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been used. In this research, its value for promotion of entrepreneurial characteristics is 0.86, stimulation of entrepreneurship incentives is 0.88, knowledge and entrepreneurial skills 0.85, personal safety, 0.82, financial security 0.84 and the political security is 0.83. Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression were used to analyze the data. The inferential findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all the variables of research (the development of entrepreneurial characteristics, stimulation of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills) with the sense of social security of citizens. Also, entrepreneurial skills and knowledge amount to 0.232 Percentage has had the greatest impact on the social security of citizens; herefore, by educating and promoting more entrepreneurship, the sense of social security of the citizens is increased, and as a result, the level of efforts and emphasis of the authorities to educate and promote entrepreneurship.
