Supervision in Islamic society arises from the responsibility of individuals in society towards each other. Thus, one of the practical programs of Islam is enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, which has been explicitly emphasized in the Qur'an on various occasions in order to protect society from internal dangers and crises, as well as for the growth and excellence of Islamic society. In our time it has become a very serious socio-cultural issue And the approach of Tehran Municipality with the launch of the public oversight system in 8111 in this regard to strengthen the right of people to oversee the government has become more evident. The discussion that is addressed today in most societies and organizations, Systemic thinking and at the top of it is the management of organizational processes and considering the role that the 8111 system has in raising the level of citizens' satisfaction with the urban management complex as an ideal and enhancing the efficiency of public oversight, This system that leads to organizational productivity will be very decisive Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors of success and impact on the management of processes in the 8111 system and their management in order to create organizational productivity and improve performance, identify.
