The Relationship between Jihadist Management and Organizational Effectiveness (Case Study: Hamadan C.I.D Police of NAJA)
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Jihadist management on organizational effectiveness. The present study is a descriptive-survey research and correlation study. The statistical population of this study is all the employees of Hamadan province's C.I.D Police of NAJA, among them, people were selected using Cochran formula and simple random sampling. In the present study, two questionnaires (Jihadist Management Researcher-made Questionnaire and Parsons Organizational Effectiveness Standard Questionnaire) were used to collect the required data. The results were obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89 and 0.93, respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics such as mean, percentage, Kalmogrov-Smirnov test, one-group T-test and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze the hypotheses. The results show that all four research hypotheses are confirmed and the variables of structure, environment, behavior have a significant relationship with organizational effectiveness. That is, the more the behavior, flexibility in structure, hard work, and institutionalization of ethics and religious values in the workplace are promoted, the more effective will be the awareness of the police.
