Adapting the separation of religion and politics from the perspective of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi and Saadi Shirazi
Although some believe that Persian literature after the entry of Islam to Iran led to "two centuries of silence", the politics and thought of Iranshahri continued to pass its way. Those who gained the Persian Empire were unfamiliar with the structure of the new government, so they had to take advantage of the structure of political system of the empire to rule over the territories at their authority. Works that were written as a "Siyasatnameh" taught directly and indirectly the new rulers of governing. Ferdowsi's "Shahnameh" can be considered as an example of these policies. This analytical-descriptive study has examined the "separation or connection of religion with politics" from the perspective of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi, as a challenging topic in the political arena of the country. Ferdowsi considers religion and politics as intertwined, which considers a kingdom without religiosity and a religion without the support of a kingdom impossible; From the point of view of "Shahnameh", religion is considered as the good and bad deeds of human ancestors, which has the meaning of myth, but it is not used directly in "Shahnameh" due to the semantic burden of myth.
