Investigating the Role of Strategic Leadership on Strategic Innovation with the Role of Enhancing Alertness (Case Study: Manufacturing Companies of Ilam Province)

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of strategic leadership on strategic innovation with the role of entrepreneurial alertness moderation in manufacturing companies in Ilam province. The research method is descriptive-analytic, which is applied in terms of its nature and in terms of its implementation method, is a survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of 1900 employees of the manufacturing companies of the province, of which 320 random samples were selected from the Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, cumulative percent) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient test and regression analysis, Watson's camera test, and...) was done with the Spss software. The results of Pearson correlation test at 99% confidence level showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between strategic leadership on strategic innovation and the role of moderating entrepreneurial alertness among sample employees. The results show that all six dimensions of strategic leadership (perspective on the future, organizational structure and process, human capital, ethical values, competence and organizational culture) had a positive and significant effect on strategic innovation with the role of moderating entrepreneurial vigilance.
