Relationship between nature and civilizations falling in Quran

Civilizations and governments those emerge in history period, confronted to weakness and destroying after flourishing time. Quran says many reasons for these destroying of civilizations that each civilization and nation because of those reasons has destroyed its civilization.But main reason for dying of rebel civilization is mentioned natural reason like earthquake, flood, landslide. In the other words God for punishing sinful civilization and nation, will show his will with natural factors.but question is that why and how God wants extinction of civils via natural factors? For answering to this question the writer will assume on this research that considering Quran verses and hadiths or rational basic will be present.But the most important outcome here from all hypothesis is that because of especial favor of God to nature this matter has been considered in civilization falling.
