Conceptual model of Farhangian University faculty recruitment based on components extracted from Islamic texts
The purpose of this study was a conceptual model of faculty recruitment of Farhangian University based on components extracted from Islamic texts. The scope of the present study was all Islamic texts and specifically, the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah using a purposeful approach. The research method was content analysis. First, the components of the teacher were extracted based on the analysis of Islamic texts, specifically the Holy Quran and Nahj al-Balaghah, and then the concepts were grouped with the alternative categories, and then based on the concepts extracted. , A conceptual model of faculty recruitment was presented at Farhangian University. In data analysis, coding method was used, which in total, categorical code concepts were classified into two general axes: cognitive and behavioral requirements and personality and moral requirements. The findings showed that the output of the conceptual model presentation framework based on faculty recruitment in Farhangian University can be considered by considering features such as; Self-purification and divine piety, competence and scientific knowledge, generosity, compassion and kindness, justice and fairness, loving a teacher, guidance and guidance, humility, beauty, forgiveness, practicality and respect for learners of the system framework Mand and in order to train capable teachers and be the starting point for change and transformation in the educational system.
