Disagreements in the national arena are inevitable; but the inefficiency of the common methods of resolving disagreements at the national level, Also the failure of international interventions, leads to their spillover to the international arena; by the crossing of disagreements from the border of conflict relationships and entering the crisis range, the actions of the actors of the international community are out of balance, due to, international peace and security are being challenged. The present article tries to answer the question of how to prevent the spillover of national differences to the international arena and to create conflict and crisis in the organization of the international community? In this research, with a practical method and through documentary and library study, while examining the common methods of resolving international Disagreements, a strategic model is proposed so that international peace and security can be experienced in the global arena.
