Zoning of Saffron Cultivate in Khuzestan Province by Using GIS

Determine potential suitable climate for agricultural production, introduction and prerequisite for land preparation and cultivation studies is regional. For crop growth and phonological stages of their development requires appropriate environmental conditions of air, water and soil are. This study to evaluate the climate and environment for the province and determine the saffron crops susceptible to these product areas by GIS software is. For this study data from 12 meteorological synoptic stations in the province at a statistical 20-year period (1987-2006) to an average monthly and daily data are used.
