Examining and criticizing the Salafi view on the verses including "seeing" and "meeting" God
Among Islamic theologians and Quranic scholars, there have been numerous debates and disputes about the quality of God in this world and the hereafter based on the verses of the Qur'an and Sunnah. In recent times, with the influence of Salafism and Wahhabism in the Islamic world, this issue has been reflected in the thought and theory of their scholars and relying on the appearance of some verses of the Qur'an and verbal rigidity, at least to prove the possibility of visual observation of God in the hereafter for believers. In this regard, they have argued for similar verses and some prophetic narrations. In this article, the key verses related to the words "comment" and "meeting", especially verses 23 of Surah Al-Qiyamat, 223 of Surah Al-Baqarah and 110 of Surah Al-Kahf, are analyzed in more detail and verse 26 of Surah Yunus is briefly reviewed. By looking at and understanding the verses of the Qur'an and using the opinions of prominent Shiite and Sunni thinkers and commentators, an appropriate interpretation based on conventional reason, texts and Qur'anic courts has been presented and the clear evidence of God's visual vision has been strengthened and the doubts and problems of Salafis and God's positive visual evidence has been evaluated and criticized. The method of this article has been in the form of a library and in an analytical-descriptive way.
