The Banking Contract Lease on Condition of Ownership a Jurisprudential Approach

Islamic contracts that replace usury in the banking system are of great importance; Because it must both function as a loan and be safe from suspicions. If either of these is compromised, an alternative contract cannot be a viable option for a usury loan in the banking system. What is important is that in recent years, Islamic banking researchers have focused their efforts on introducing alternative contracts that meet the above two conditions, and have neglected to examine the contracts that are being implemented in the banking system called Islamic contracts. In this research, the authors have tried to examine the lease agreement on the condition of ownership and assuming the explanation of its nature as a lease contract, examining the jurisprudential problems entered into this contract, some answers and others corrected and what could not be corrected.
