An Introduction to Critical Educational Principles Focusing on Imam Sajjad's Treatise of Law

The purpose of the present study is to examine the educational principles of criticism in Imam Sajjad's legal treatise on the law, which has been done by thematic analysis, so that all the sections of the treatise have been studied, including eight sections of the legal treatise which are conceptually explained. Critical attitudes were very close to being selected: the right to claim, the right to appeal, the right to appeal, the right to appeal, the right to wrong, the right to wrong, the right to be responsible, and the right to harm someone. Excerpts from the other clauses in which the word is used were also analyzed, including clauses of right, disciple and translator, brother, neighbor and friend. Research findings show that participation in promoting the culture of criticism, attention to individual differences and righteousness play a central role in the three critical principles of critical education, which are as follows: Requesting and inviting criticism by the owner, Accepting criticism Techniques are attention to personality traits, mentality and level of criticism knowledge, providing the appropriate context and psychological context for acceptance of criticism, effective listening and fair evaluation. The remarkable point of education that the researcher obtained while examining the treatise on law is the general spirit of the atmosphere of criticism that derives from compassion and love.
