Abstract:

Doubts exist regarding the possibility of man understanding the Qu' ran, one of the most important of which being the contradiction between the possibility of understanding the Qur'an and the necessity or the existence of the infallibles. This doubt derives from the likelihood of man's uncertain or even wrong interpretation of the Qur'an, which contradicts man's attempts to receive guidance from it. This article explains the nature of the doubt and critiques it.
