The historical process of the encounter between Rohaniat institution and social position change of women in Second Pahlavi Duration

During the entrance of Iranian society to modern era and the conjunction and challenge of Shiite-Iranian tradition in society with modern culture and thought, some issues changed to the axis of encounter and conflict of social forces, in which, women`s issues is one of these issues. In the proceeding paper, the encounter between Rohaniat institution and social position change of women in Second Pahlavi Duration has been studied. Between these three and a half decay, different affairs have been a subject for Rohaniat to take a stance. These affairs specially includes: Women's rights issues, political participation of women, taking political responsibility by women, the presence of women inside social fields like employment and education, the relations between man and woman in family, controlling the body and Hijab of women and so on. Our study shows that in the duration between 1947-1961 because of the internal organization of Rohaniat institution and the dominant political structure, relative compromise and settlement in the relation of Rohaniat institution - state - society about women`s social position is predominant. However, in the duration between 1961-1379 we notice different types of conflicts between Rohaniat institution and Pahlavi state, which led to the dominance of state and exclusion of Rohaniat from the process of social rule regulation.
