Analysis of citizen participation in different substrates in urban area management(Case study: Zahedan city)

The uncontrolled growth of urban development in the present age, especially the increase in population in the cities of the country, has left many problems and issues that are beyond the scope of traditional management and require the participation of all citizens in the management of urban affairs. Citizen participation is a tool to strengthen urban management in today's advanced societies and is one of the indicators of life in different societies. In this regard, the purpose of the present study; Analysis of citizen participation in different substrates in urban area management City of Zahedan. The approach governing the qualitative and quantitative research space and the type of research is applied. In this case, comprehensive studies on research indicators in the study area were conducted and then software (SPSS) and model (Fuzzy Mamdani) were used to analyze the data. The statistical population of the present study includes citizens of the five regions of Zahedan. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 384 people. The results of one-sample t-test to evaluate the level of citizen participation in urban management in different substrates among the regions of Zahedan showed that among the proposed substrates, only in the sociocultural context, the average obtained is higher than the average of 3 This shows the great impact of the socio-cultural substrate in the participation of citizens in urban management between the regions of Zahedan. The results of the status of participation in urban management in contexts (economic, socio-cultural, physical and spatial, political and managerial, legal and legal), in determining and ranking the five regions of Zahedan, using the Fuzzy Mamdani model showed, from Among the five districts of Zahedan, districts 1 and 5 have been more successful in strengthening citizen participation in urban management.
