Designing and explaining the model of development and excellence of the Armed Forces universities based on the view of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces
Organizational excellence models are used as a powerful tool to measure the development and excellence of systems in different organizations. In the field of organizational excellence, various scientists and theorists have proposed different theories, but many of them are not very similar to the basics of religious sciences. Their non-application in practice has created a gap between theory and practice. Therefore, what seems to be the main problem is the lack of a model appropriate to the culture and indigenous-Islamic values.
In this study, an attempt is made to use a combined method based on "methodological pluralism" and this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of one of the universities of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, of which 350 were selected by random sampling. After designing and determining the validity and reliability of the instrument, the structural equation model was used to analyze the data.
For the development and excellence of universities, organizational characteristics such as culture, structure and technology, as well as staff characteristics in four dimensions of scientific, military, spiritual and personality should be strengthened according to the orders of the Supreme Leader.
