Investigating the Effect of Human Resource Leadership Agility on Reducing the Phenomenon of Invisible Employees through Knowledge Sharing
Today, most organizations face one of the human resource problems called the phenomenon of invisible employees, which has important consequences for employees and organizations and plays an important role in organizational performance. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of human resource leadership agility on reducing the phenomenon of invisible employees with the moderating role of knowledge sharing. This research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done by descriptive and survey method. The statistical population includes the employees of government organizations in Saqez city, 285 of whom were selected through stratified random sampling. Necessary data was collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software and structural equation method. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between human resource leadership agility and reducing the phenomenon of invisible employees with the moderating role of knowledge sharing. There is also a significant relationship between the components of human resource leadership agility and reducing the phenomenon of invisible employees. Therefore, by strengthening the agility of human resource leadership through the participation of individuals, encouraging people to express opinions, creating cohesive working groups, delegating authority, and also by sharing knowledge, the phenomenon of invisible employees can be reduced.
