Roots of the Strategic conflict between Iran and the USA on the Nuclear Issue: considering the supreme leader of Iran's point of view

Considering the nuclear issue, this paper aims to analyze the roots of the conflict between the USA and Iran. The presence and continuation of such conflict, as this paper refers to, is due to different approaches and discourses of the two actors. The USA chief approach is to dissolve Iran in the international west-centered system and to wear out the elements of the power of Iran during a step –by-step strategy. Regarding Iran's nuclear program, its approach is also eliminative, using different methods as enforcing diplomacy, prevention, sanction, military war, and sabotage activities. However, focusing on its Islamic elements as independency and rejecting dominance and exclusivity of the developed countries over modern technology and knowledge, Iran tries to localize nuclear industry and use it peacefully. Realistically, this conflict has been deeply rooted in the opposition of the fundamentals of the west and Islam and Iran. Therefore, this conflict is due to the Iran's challenging approach toward the dominant system and nuclear issue is a means for preventing Iran from development.
