The effect of human resource training on the studied citizenship behavior (Shahrekord medical sciences staff)
The purpose of this study was the effect of human resource training on the citizenship behavior of Shahrekord medical staff. This is a practical and correlational study that the statistical population of Shahrekord medical staff is 350. A sample of 180 people was obtained based on the Morgan table. Data collection tools included a researcher-made human resource education questionnaire and Oregon and Kanowski (2008) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire. Citizenship behavior was 0.79. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests were used to analyze the data using SPSS software. The results of the research showed that the results of the research showed that the behavior of organizational citizenship with the amount of human resource training is significant. There is also a significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, conscientiousness, chivalry, civic behavior, respect and honor) and human resource education.
