The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational philanthropy and the sense of belonging of employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Hamedan Province. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and correlation in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population included all employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Hamedan province in 2019, numbering 140 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the size of the population was considered as the sample size. After distributing and collecting the questionnaires, 117 people answered the questionnaires correctly. They were measured by the questionnaire of Shimazu et al. (2015). The reliability of the questionnaires of work ethic and organizational philanthropy with Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated as 95%, 94% and 97%, respectively. The results of Pearson correlation analysis, multivariate regression and independent t-test with SPSS software version 25 showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational philanthropy and employees' sense of belonging. The economic, legal, ethical and humanitarian components of organizational philanthropy had a positive and significant relationship with the sense of belonging of employees. On the other hand, the ethical and economic components of organizational philanthropy were able to predict the sense of belonging
