Identifying and analyzing smart growth indicators affecting the spatial structure of cities with a forward-looking approach (Case Study: Sardasht City)
The spatial structure of cities is influenced by various factors such as urban smart growth indices such as environment, access and use of information and communication technology, public city management, human and social capital, education, government, creative class, energy Formation, transportation, water, medical and healthcare facilities, finance, etc., the evolution of which depends on how these factors and sub-criteria are affected. These propellers also have a variety of connections with each other that chart the future of cities. The purpose of this study is to identify the key key drivers of smart city development and examine how these factors affect the future prospects of spatial development in Sardasht. The present study, based on the applied purpose, has been exploratory and based on a forward-looking approach. Given the nature of this research, first identify and select the experts and executives who should be involved in the discussion, and then use the Delphi method, questionnaires, interviews, and documentary studies to determine key variables. Structural analysis and Mic Mac software have also been used to weigh and identify the most important drivers affecting the spatial development of Sardasht. The statistical population of the study consisted of 10 experts, experts and executives related to Sardasht city management.
