The scope of citizenship in the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the theory of Chantal Moff
The purpose of this article is to study the scope of citizenship in the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the theory of Chantal Moff. The main question of this article is to examine the similarities and differences between the criteria of citizenship in Iran after the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of Chantal Moff. ? Therefore, this question has been answered by using a descriptive-analytical approach and by using documentary method and by collecting library information. The findings of the article show that citizenship has spread in the Islamic Republic of Iran and with measures taken in the field of non-discrimination. The scope of citizenship has become wider, but it is still far from the scope of the citizenship of Shanatal Moff, which is in the form of radical democracy. The status of women, religious and ethnic minorities, immigrants, workers, the socially excluded, and displaced persons is legally elevated in the constitution to the principles of Islamic citizenship, but differs from the meaning of Muf citizenship, which is identifiable, multi-subject, and constructed. Achieving full cultural citizenship in Iran requires basic arrangements and prerequisites, one of the most important of which is the deepening of citizenship in public culture.
