The Comparison Personality Characteristics, Communication Dynamics and Flexibility in Women with Marital Conflict and Normal Women Referring to Rasht Counseling Center

The purpose of the study was to compare personality characteristics, communication dynamics, flexibility in women with marital conflict and normal women in Rasht. The causal research method is comparative. The statistical population consisted of two groups of women with marital conflicts and normal in Rasht city. The sample consisted of 200 people (100 women with conflict and 100 normal women) who were selected by available sampling method and were evaluated using personality traits, communication dynamics and flexibility. To analyze the results, analysis of variance was used. Data analysis showed that there is a significant difference between women with conflict and without conflict on personality characteristics, communication dynamics and flexibility. The results showed that women with marital conflicts have more communication problems and less flexibility and have personality traits of honesty-humility, adaptability, conscientiousness, and more openness, and this poses more conflicts Which Must be taken into consideration by practitioners and marital therapists in Clinic and counseling centers.
