Identification of development indicators of the native model of electronic human resource management in the general departments of sports and youth of the whole country

The aim of this study is to identify the developmental indicators of the indigenous model of e-human resource management. This research has a qualitative approach and the method of fundamental data theory has been used as a research method. The data collection method is the study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 16 prominent professors in the field of specialized management in the field of electronic human resource management. The sampling method continued purposefully by standard and to the extent of theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding.
