Investigating the role of mediator of job stress in the relationship between ethical leadership and the effectiveness of leadership with the intention of leaving the service
In this study to the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness with Turnover Intention to mediating role Job Stress was investigated. The objective of this study is the descriptive research method, is correlational survey. The study population consisted staff Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) in Golestan Province to the total number of 350 persons. The sample according to Morgan table, the number 183 has been estimated. In order to select the stratified random sampling method is used. Data collection methods and tools as well as field and library of standard questionnaires using. To analyze the data, according to the study hypotheses, the descriptive and inferential statistics, which for factor analysis and SPSS software to analyze the hypothesis of structural equation modeling was used LISREL software. The results show that the model has been used, significant numbers of factor loadings and has endorsed all direct relationships between variables in the model, were significant. The results of study showed that there is significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness with Turnover Intention. There is significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness with Job Stress. There is significant relationship between Job Stress and Leadership Effectiveness
