Analysis of currency war and economic security in Iran (2011-2019)
One of the most important pillars of national security of a country is economic security and the stability of the factors affecting it. Protests and damage caused by dissatisfaction and living problems have plagued many developing countries. Because of the external pressures on economic factors, the analysis of Iran's economic situation should differently compare with other countries. As explained in the article, the statistics do not indicate a favorable situation for the Iranian economy in the last decade. The economic war caused by oppressive sanctions, has caused problems in general atmosphere of economy, as well as the living conditions of the people. Currency is one of the most important assets for foreign trade and a tool for economic war in the face of sanctions. This article points out that foreign exchange assets are not only a necessity for international activism, they are also affected by internal economic factors such as investment, production and inflation. Currency is one of the most important goals of the enemies in the economic war, which can be targeted by the enemies of a country during the economic war and the establishment of the sanctions system. In this article, in order to better understand the conditions of Iran's economy to create sustainable economic security with an analytical approach, the currency war with Iran during 2011-2019 has been reviewed.
