Interaction between Women Entrepreneurship and Economic Security

The experience of many developed countries shows that entrepreneurship leads to wealth creation, technology development and productive employment, and increases the efficiency and productivity of the production factor. One of the best platforms for entrepreneurship development is to provide the participation of women as half of the population of each country in this field. Women's entrepreneurship is both a global necessity and approach and is pursued as a strategy to improve family livelihoods and increase women's participation in society. On the other hand, economic security is the basic platform for economic growth and development, and entrepreneurship, as the core of economic growth, requires a secure atmosphere at the macroeconomic level. In this regard, the present article seeks to outline the interaction and relationship between women's entrepreneurship and economic security. As the methodology, author has done a systematic review of 125 quantitative and qualitative articles and then tried to present thematic (thematic analysis) of more than 10 qualitative papers sited in two scientific-research websites. The findings show that: the strategies of Women's entrepreneurship can be classified into 4 main themes, 7 sub-themes and 25 concepts. At the social level: promoting interactive networks; At the cultural level: women’s purposeful education, development of consulting services, pursuing the entrepreneurship’s models of similar countries; At the economic level: facilitating access to resources and assets for women; At the institutional level: institution building, enacting and enforcing supportive regulations and policies to support women entrepreneurship.
