The Relationship between Learning Organization and Organizational Learning with the Mediating Role of Empowering Education Staff in East Mazandaran Province
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learning organization and organizational learning with the mediating role of empowerment of education staff in the east of Mazandaran province. The research method was applied purpose and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study includes all education staff in the east of Mazandaran province, numbering 147 people. The sample size was selected by census method due to the small statistical population of the whole society. Assessment tools included standard questionnaires of the Learning Organization (2002), Peter Singh (2001), Spritzer and Mishra (1987) Organizational Learning, which were validated by confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires through Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha coefficient for learning organization was 0.95, organizational learning was 0.94 and empowerment was 0.91. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between learning organization and organizational learning and employee empowerment. There is also a relationship between organizational learning and employee empowerment. In addition, the empowerment variable has a mediating role in the relationship between the learning organization and the organizational learning of employees.
