The purpose of this study was to identify the components of motivation-attachment to schoolin Tenth Grade Students that can help increase the motivation and attachment of students. The research method was qualitatively designed using the method of content analysis with a deductive approach based on the Attride-Stirling approach of motivational components-school attachment. Statistical community of all documents, texts (101 sources including books, scientific articles and online dissertations and registered in electronic scientific databases). After studying, selecting and coding the texts of articles related to motivation-attachment to school, 7 organizing themes were identified and 28 basic themes were extracted from these themes. For statistical validation through expert verification, the content validity index (CVI) was 0.92. A holistic coefficient of %85 was used to measure reliability, which indicated good reliability. By recognizing and identifying the components of motivation-attachment to school, it is possible to develop appropriate educational packages for different educational courses and teachers and students can be empowered in relation to the mentioned components.
