Investigate and develop the skills and competencies required by trainers in the field of ICT implementation in education and learning
The purpose of this research is to review and develop the skills and competencies required by trainers in the field of ICT application in education and learning. This research is a descriptive-survey research that has been conducted by Delphi method. Thus, we invite 10 experts and specialists from the modern technology curriculum including ICT and IT instructors and school intelligence agents, as well as 29 selected instructors in intelligent schools with experience in the production of electronic content and ICT classroom experience.
The data were collected and ranked by a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were measured. In this research, descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, T-test and Friedman test were used. Statistical samples comprised the entire population of the statistical population. Of these, 20 were men and 9 were women. The results showed that instructors need to have a moderate and advanced training in order to effectively use ICT in the education and research process. In their view, the use of ICT in education and research is beneficial and interested in participating in workshops that in specialized courses, the most tendency is related to the need to participate in training courses on the analysis and evaluation of human movements by computer and in the preparatory courses of the most relevant trend The Seventh Skill Workshop (ICDL). Meanwhile, ICT also improves the use of existing facilities and enhances the spirit of innovation and discipline and helps in the provision of sports services by instructors, and provides training and activities in an environment outside of vocational and technical education schools virtually.
