The aim of this study was to design an appropriate model to educate and promote knowledge management and information literacy for school principals.
This study was applied in terms of purpose, field implementation method and descriptive-survey research method. , Formed the sample size of this research. Which were selected by proportional random sampling (quota). To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire on training and promotion of knowledge management and information literacy of managers in the form of 5 components and 56 items was used. smart pls3 was used.
The findings indicate that the variable of information technology and education development with path coefficient (0.770), the variable of training and empowerment of managers with path coefficient (0.866), the variable of change in organizational and structural culture with path coefficient ( 0.865), the variable of formulating policies and strategies of knowledge management with path coefficient (0.884) and the variable of management support and leadership with path coefficient (0.861) showed a positive effect on promoting knowledge management and information literacy of managers.
The results showed that the fit of the proposed model is appropriate and the model is approved.
