Investigating the effect of personality traits on students' resilience (Case study: Imam Hussein (AS) University of Officers and Guards Training)
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of personality traits on the resilience of students of Imam Hossein (AS) University. This research is based on the purpose of applied research and on the basis of nature and method, it is a kind of correlational research. The statistical population of this study includes students (student officer) of Imam Hussein (AS) University. Both library and field methods were used to collect data from this study. The data collection tools of this research are two questionnaires including the standard questionnaire of personality traits and the standard questionnaire of resilience. Descriptive statistics including mean, variance and standard deviation were used to analyze the data of this study. The results show that the personality trait of extroversion with a correlation coefficient of ./360, the personality trait of agreement with the correlation coefficient ./221, the personality trait of neuroticism with a correlation coefficient of ./323 Personality trait Openness to experience with a correlation coefficient of ./269 And conscientious personality trait with a correlation coefficient of ./447 there was a significant relationship with their resilience that these results show the effect of personality traits on the resilience of students (student officer) with a correlation coefficient of ./39.
