Investigating the challenges of the country's football academies
The purpose of this study was to investigate the challenges of the country's football academies. The research method of this research was mixed and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. First, in the qualitative part of the research, open and semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in the field of football schools. The result of this part was the output of a closed questionnaire, which was used in a quantitative part. The statistical population of the study was in the qualitative part of all football experts and heads of football delegations. According to the desired theoretical saturation, 15 interviews were conducted. According to the researcher's access, 226 comments were selected as the research sample. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 professors of sports management. Data were analyzed in two parts: descriptive and inferential statistics and analyzed by SPSS software version 22. The results showed that economic factors, social and cultural factors, managerial factors, facilities and equipment and government ownership of clubs were the challenges of football academies.
